Daniel Cash

Daniel is an Associate at Encour, an Australian communications firm, where he helps clients craft and tell their stories.

Still studying Law at the ANU, Daniel is early in his career. As a young Australian, therefore, he offers invaluable insights into Gen Z, a cohort facing daunting cultural, economic and political challenges.

Daniel is well-established as a voice for Gen Z. He contributes regularly to the opinion pages of newspapers including the Age, Australian Financial Review, and the Canberra Times, his writing aiming to explain and analyse his generation.

Though early in his career, Daniel offers a fresh perspective grounded in thoughtful inquiry and systems thinking. His contribution to the Advisory Panel reflects the value of emerging voices in public conversation—voices that ask new questions, challenge assumptions, and help expand the scope of what is possible.
