Australian Dialogues is an informal network of organisations from a broad social and political spectrum

It is a neutral, non-partisan and inclusive network of diverse organisations which see polarisation and uncivil discourse as obstacles to progress.  All are interested in participating in, or supporting, better discussions among those who disagree.

It is not a think tank, commercial or lobby group of any kind. Its only interest is the common interest.

For now, it is a mutual statement of intent and networking vehicle for those interested in collaborating in genuine across-the-aisle discussions. There is no cost to join and no particular obligation involved.

Over time, online functionality and resources will be added and different levels of organisational and individual involvement will develop.

It is inspired by Braver Network in America and is an initiative of The Brisbane Dialogues Inc., Australia’s first dedicated bridging or civil discourse organisation.
